We are not licensed estheticians, cosmetologists, or educators; parties are for entertainment purposes only.

Products used during the party may include various pigments, dyes, and fragrances that are not recommended for sensitive skin. Let us know in your intake form if any children boarding the bus have chemical sensitivities or allergies.

The booking adult will need to be on the premises at all times during the party in case of emergency.

All bookings must be completed through our website to avoid scheduling conflicts.

A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required by the booking adult at the time of booking. Full payment will be processed after party completion.

Waiver must be signed at drop-off by a parent before their child can board the bus.

If there is inclement weather that would put hosts at risk for travel, MDME reserves the right to cancel a party. The party will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time with no penalties or fees added.

Cancelations require a 48-hour notice and immediate re-booking for a later date to preserve your deposit.

Areas included with no travel fee are OKC, Moore, Norman, Edmond, Mustang, Yukon, Blanchard, Piedmont, Midwest City, and Del City.

If you are outside these service areas and are more than 25 miles away from the 73170 zip code, we will consider accepting the reservation with a $100.00 travel fee. This fee covers the added time for the hosts, transit time for the bus, and gas. You can contact us to learn more about travel costs or calculate your mileage here.

The booking adult will receive a call approximately 48-hours prior to the party to confirm location, time, and information on the intake form. All special requests and any noted allergies should be given at this time.

Children should arrive at the party photo-ready with clean hands and faces.

It is the hosting parents’ responsibility to ensure that all parents have gone to the website and read the waiver prior to the party, and be prepared to sign the waiver when dropping off their child.

Please ensure there is ample space for the bus to be parked thirty minutes before the scheduled time.
