Founder & Event Planner

Donna McDaniel, “Momma Donna” to all her kids’ friends, is the heart behind MDME. She decorates the bus’s interior and exterior, designs the party itineraries, organizes fun activities to maximize party time, and oversees every aspect to make each event as memorable as possible. She is a lifelong Oklahoman and proud mother of four, and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Ethics and a Paralegal Certification from OU. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games, decorating, and traveling.

Co-Founder

Adrian McDaniel co-founded MDME and manages the technological aspects of our parties, from setting up the projector and speakers for our movie parties to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. He is also a Navy veteran and federal investigator with over 30 years of experience. When he’s not working, you can find him cheering on the Detroit Lions, grilling, or spending quality time with his family and his dog Harper.

Marketing Operations Manager

Nicole Bonelli is the force behind MDME’s marketing operations and website, in addition to managing the company’s booking system, client database, scheduling, and payment automations. She also offers freelance services under Brands By Nicole where she provides personalized promotional materials, database management, and digital marketing education to local small businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Stony Brook University and is passionate about mental health advocacy, non-profit collaboration, and human development. In her free time, she enjoys listening to new albums, doodling in old journals, collecting autographs, and spending quality time with her cats.

Social Media & Technical Support

Alex Cecrle manages our social media pages, in addition to overseeing backend technical maintenance, managing our media libraries, and troubleshooting any technical difficulties across company equipment. He holds a diploma in Computer Programming from Moore Norman Technology Center and has several years of experience teaching STEM programs at private, public, and Montessori schools. Currently, he works with students one-on-one helping them develop computer skills and a love for learning. Outside of work, Alex loves fiddling with his espresso machine, trying out new video games, and playing his ukulele.

Vehicle Operations Manager

Eddie Chabot is the mastermind behind transforming our bus from a former shuttle into a custom event space. He fully renovated the bus, handling the electrical work, flooring, seating, and more. He even engineered one of our favorite features, a remote-control automatic door system! With over 35 years of mechanical and contractor experience, Eddie ensures every detail of our bus runs smoothly and safely. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.
