We are a cashless business but offer a variety of ways to pay for your party! We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You may choose your payment option when checking out. We even offer a short term payout plan! Contact us to learn more.

Due to limited space, parents are not allowed on the bus for extended periods of time during the party. However, you are always welcome to pop in at any time to check on your little one!

Your personal photographer is welcome to take photos outside of the bus;  however, they are not allowed on board due to spacing restrictions.  Your photographer may take photos outside during the “fashion walks” or any other photo ops off the bus.  An MDME host will also be photographing the entire event from start to finish – and those photos are included in all package pricing.

Due to time and spacing issues, we do not allow birthday cakes on board. You may provide your own cupcakes or purchase them as an add-on for your party and we will take care of that for you. Complimentary themed napkins and cups are included in all packages. We also offer chocolate-covered strawberries and chocolate dipped pretzel rods as add-ons to your package.

All food items on board the bus and in any gift/party favor bags will be nut-free. To keep the party bus a safe place for everyone, we do not allow any outside food or drinks on board the bus without prior permission.

Your child’s safety is of utmost importance to us. There will be a first-aid aid kit available and stocked with basic medical supplies at all times. Please let us know in advance of any known allergies or health concerns.

No, the bus remains stationary for the duration of the party.

Areas included with no travel fee are OKC, Moore, Norman, Edmond, Mustang, Yukon, Blanchard, Piedmont, Midwest City, and Del City

If you are outside these service areas or are more than 25 miles away from the 73170 zip code, we will consider accepting the reservation with a $100.00 travel fee.  This fee covers the added time for the hosts, transit time for the bus, and gas. You can contact us to learn more about travel costs or calculate your mileage here.

• 25+ miles: $100.00 travel fee (but requires advance consultation before booking due to tight scheduling commitments)

No, we are not licensed cosmetology professionals and the polish on nails and toes and glam make-up are for entertainment purposes only. We do not file, clip or trim nails or skin. Our make-up is hypoallergenic and make-up applicators are new and disposable.

If there is inclement weather that would put hosts at risk for travel, MDME reserves the right to cancel a party. The party will be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time with no penalties or fees added.

If you want your child to open presents on the bus (less mess in the house), choose that package as an add-on at check-out and we will handle it for you at the end of the party!  The reason it is not a standard part of the party is due to all the fun activities packed into our limited party time!  If you choose to add this to your party,  we will make a detailed list of the gifts/givers for you and parents of the Guest of Honor may board the bus for this portion of the party if they want to do so.

Children should arrive at the party photo-ready with clean hands, feet, and faces with all nail polish removed.

We will provide robes that go over their clothes for the GLAM Girls packages, along with headbands and slippers. We will also provide lab coats, goggles, lanyards, and gloves for the LAB Legends party.

Tips are not expected or included. However, we will graciously accept a cash tip if you feel our service was excellent!

Our packages are base-priced and include up to 6 attendees. If there are less than 6, the base price does not change.

We do have an add-on for up to two additional guests for a total of 8 attendees for GLAM Girls and LAB Legends. The exception is our Driveway Drive-In package, which is base-priced for 8 attendees.
